Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tucson, AZ, for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls with proper etiquette, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional daily tasks include managing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Clerical Skills including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is helpful but not required
