Escrow Assistant

ESCROW assistant Needed full time for busy Residential Resale/Refinance Office.

Duties:

· Opening Orders

· Ordering Demands/Insurance/HOA Demands/NHD Reports/Home Warranty

· Preparing Escrow Instructions

· Reviewing Title Reports

· Sending opening Docs to Lender’s/Brokers/Agents

· Assist Post Closing as required or needed.

· Return telephone calls to all clients in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through and have the ability to follow departmental procedures and be a team player. Effectively present information, in face to face and small group situations, to customers, clients and other employees.

· High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience

· 1 year of experience in Escrow, Lending, Processing, Real Estate is preferred. However, as long as there is a basic understanding of the industry and terminology, I am willing to train!

· Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar)

· Strong interpersonal skills are required

· Computer competency (Microsoft Office), keyboarding/data entry skills, basic math skills, phone/customer service skills, spelling and proofreading
