Job Description: The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Asset Management Talent Acquisition team focusing on full life cycle recruiting of early career associates. As a University Talent Partner, you will collaborate on recruiting and hiring efforts for undergrad and graduate level candidates into internship and full-time positions. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our hiring practices are robust, we promote a diverse and inclusive culture, and that we provide outstanding programs and experiences for early career talent who are ready to begin a career with Fidelity. You will play an integral role in the hiring into Asset Management’s internship program and support our early career programming efforts. This involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle including leading the execution of hiring for various programs, sourcing candidates, engaging hiring managers and other business stakeholders, and providing a positive candidate experience while managing to specified recruiting timelines. You will manage the intern to full time conversion process upon successful completion of the program. You will assist other talent acquisition partners with additional campus recruiting by posting positions, conducting resume screens and video interviews, collecting feedback in peak recruiting times, and coordinating recruiting events. Support and participate in the early career programs and events offered by Asset Management including Boundless, Diverse Insights Program and Diverse Investors Student Experience. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including but not limited to supporting the background check process for intern and full time and candidates, partnering with global relocation, and collaborating with HR business partners and members of the training team to coordinate programmatic components. Update and maintain internal and external marketing documentation and presentations to ensure consistency with Fidelity branding. Create new materials as needed for presentations and events in partnership with the Talent Marketing team as needed. Lead assigned ad hoc strategic project work including but not limited to recruiting timeline planning, candidate funnel analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition. Strong organization skills with the ability to lead projects, balance multiple priorities and manage to deadlines with a sound sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting to audiences at different levels in the organization. High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced business environment. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with key business partners. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Workday, or a similar web-based applicant tracking system preferred. Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting seasons.
