  • Evaluate candidates against core engineering fundamentals, including coding, algorithms, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Build and scale diverse pipelines through targeted sourcing, university partnerships, and technical engagement strategies

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty, career services, and student organizations to strengthen long-term talent pipelines
  • Create engaging strategies to attract early-career technical talent, increasing visibility and interest across key campus communities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance technical hiring outcomes, including interview and assessment strategies
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring teams on talent strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop training and resources to improve technical hiring capability across teams
  • Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and compliance standards
  • Technical recruiting expertise & fundamentals: Experience hiring early-career technical talent (e.g., software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML) with the ability to evaluate or partner on assessing core engineering fundamentals such as coding, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Full-cycle recruiting & pipeline management: Proven success managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and building pipelines for high-demand technical roles using tools such as Workday ATS
  • Execution with speed and quality: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strategic thinking & business acumen: Ability to translate technical hiring needs into scalable recruiting strategies and connect work across multiple domains.
  • Influence, collaboration & communication: Strong ability to influence without authority, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
