The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program)
Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.

We Deliver a Best-in-class Program Experience To Ensure Interns Feel a Sense Of Belonging And Community, While Receiving Critical Training And Development To Be a Future Fidelity Associate. We offer a wide variety of opportunities for students interested in business internships – including roles in marketing/events, public affairs, communications, Fidelity real estate, and corporate services.
