The Role
The Accounting for Regulatory Reporting Compliance team (ARRC) supports audit package and financial statement data intake for Fund Operations and Shareholder Reporting. The mission of the team is to deliver quality accounting system data to internal and external business partners supporting regulatory reporting requirements. As a Senior Manager, this role is responsible for oversight of the workflow to ensure accuracy and completeness of audit package materials. Requires collaboration with other senior managers and managers to set direction, develop talent and lead process improvement initiatives. Must adapt to a constantly evolving regulatory and operations environment.

The Team
The Accounting for Regulatory Reporting Compliance (ARRC) Team is responsible for delivering quality accounting system data to internal and external business partners supporting regulatory reporting requirements. The team prepares and delivers over 7k annual audit workpapers supporting mutual funds, private funds and alternative products. Fidelity’s monthly regulatory reporting requirements cannot be met without our team accurately delivering this information in a timely manner.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (Preferred)
- 8 - 10 years of experience in mutual fund Operations, Accounting or Regulatory Reporting. Alternative products experience a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership across multiple business units.
- Related Accounting, Finance or Regulatory Reporting Experience
- Knowledge of Alternative Investments, Accounting & Mutual Fund Industry
- Experience leading diverse teams in multiple locations.
