The Role
The Product Analyst is a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization, responsible for partnering with Product Leaders, Stakeholders, Technology teams, Operations, and Compliance partners to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support SPS products and services.
The Product Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. This role leads discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment, and ensures partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results.
The ideal candidate brings experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skill in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across both business and technical teams. The individual demonstrates strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes.
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides comprehensive administration and support for corporate equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock awards, employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), stock appreciation rights, and performance-based equity awards. SPS partners with clients to deliver innovative solutions that enhance participant experiences, streamline administration, and support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
