- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Concur accounting software
- Experience with Ariba or similar invoice processing systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
