Our Content Studio team is looking for a multi-faceted designer to join our creative team within Workplace Marketing. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral, from PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics to data visualization-heavy whitepapers. You’ll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.

Our Content Studio team is dedicated to streamlining creative production, exploring and adopting innovative formats, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.

- Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong visual design skills
- Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals
- Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter
- 3-5 years of work experience in a creative design role
- Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward
- Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues
- Communicating with impact and clarity
- Team player willing to jump in and get their hands dirty; also an enthusiastic learner of new technologies and design strategies
- Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of 'getting it done,' and driving initiatives from concept through launch
