- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) by earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses—fully sponsored by Fidelity. You’ll receive paid study time 4 days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support to help you succeed. This role requires successful completion of all exams.
- Build and Solidify Skills: You’ll continue working 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site, supporting customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills. You’ll also have dedicated weekly time for development, networking, and training. After completing the program, you’ll transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role, with the possibility of spending additional time remotely supporting inbound customers based on business needs before that move.
