By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you will play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch. The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
- Comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential)
- Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
