The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

- Product strategy experience and/or aptitude. This could be shown through direct product experience or other roles involving strategic thinking and ideation to meet customer needs.
- Curiosity about and understanding of crypto. Candidates could be newer to crypto but eager to learn with a history of developing expertise in other areas of financial services innovation.
- Understanding of traditional capital markets and financial products and services.
- Knowledge of retail customer needs and trends across various investor segments (i.e. high net worth, active traders, young investors).
- Understanding of crypto, blockchain technology, and potential applications in financial services.
- Ability to think strategically and for the long term without sacrificing pace over perfection
- You will feel comfortable operating effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver business results
- Strong communication, presentation, and product management skills
- Ability to collaborate with people from other parts of the organization to achieve a goal
