The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Hands-on training and development experience or experience as a systems analyst being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment.
- Able to coach and teach others across the firm.
- Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories
- Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap
- Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality
- Experience working with the open-source community is a plus
- Video editing skills is a plus
