The Role


The Communication Specialist is a key member of the Fidelity Wealth HR Change Management team, responsible for translating complex programs, strategies, and messages into clear, compelling visual communications. This role partners closely with Change Leads, Program Managers, HR partners and senior leaders to develop high impact PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites, and other visual artifacts used in executive forums business unit wide communication events.


This individual brings a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand complex content and shape it into visuals that inform, influence, and inspire action.


Job Responsibilities


  • Partner with HR Change Management and Program Leads to understand program objectives, stakeholder needs, and communication goals.
  • Support major change program milestones (e.g., launches, roadshows, town halls, quarterly updates) with high quality visual assets.
  • Tailor visuals to diverse audiences, from senior executives to front line employees, while maintaining message consistency.
  • Engage directly with senior leaders, strategy leads, and program sponsors to refine presentation narratives and visual flow.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Maintain a library of templates, visuals, and reusable assets to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintaining and updating the Wealth HR Change Management SharePoint content.
  • Tracking and analyzing communication metrics to improve strategies and measure effectiveness.



The Skills You Bring


  • 5 years of experience in visual communications, presentation design, or communications roles, preferably supporting enterprise initiatives.
  • Advanced ability in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong experience with SharePoint (modern sites, pages, layout, and navigation).
  • Ability to develop and execute communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating materials used in executive level? presentations.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, information hierarchy, and user centric? design.
  • Experience working in Change Management, transformation, or program environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that may require resourcefulness to get answers
