We partner with internal business units across Fidelity to provide actionable insights that support day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. In this role, you will translate business objectives into impactful reporting solutions, align with our data visualization strategy, and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and value.

As part of the OSG Client Services Reporting Team, you’ll join a high-performing group dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for a diverse set of internal business partners.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

- Analyze business reporting requests and identify appropriate data sources to develop accurate and actionable reporting solutions.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of colleagues across Fidelity Enterprise.
- Make informed decisions independently within a wide context.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to understand systems and workflows.
- Approach challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Foundational knowledge in SAP BusinessObjects reporting and Universe development
- Basic understanding of SQL development, including queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance optimization to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Power BI to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Experience with Snowflake Data Platform, Data Structures, and Data Integration.
- Ability to design and create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable business insights.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
- 3 plus years of business analysis experience.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders.
