Key Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining a strong network of colleagues across the Fidelity Enterprise.
- Make informed decisions independently within a wide context.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to understand systems and workflows.
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP BusinessObjects Universe including object definitions, joins & contexts, calculated & derived elements
- Apply advanced reporting logic using BusinessObjects & variables, SQL expressions & calculations
- Approach challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret business requests and align them with available data.
- Ability to design, build, and deploy new BusinessObjects reports
- Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
- 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Direct experience with Universe development
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, & Snowflake
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders.
