The Role
You will work within a team to investigate and resolve advisor trade issues in all segments of the custody business. You will be highly engaged in all areas of support relative to allocations of trades to client accounts. You will focus on client satisfaction with specific attention in problem resolution and process improvement. In the event of business needs, the Trade Allocation team assists with additional projects that align with Fidelity’s regulatory obligations. Trade Allocation Specialists are encouraged to be key contributors to a positive workplace environment and have dedication to teamwork and shared success. Associates will own their professional development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure their growth and effective contributions to the organization.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”.
