Our Personal Bankers provide the highest level of customer service in a positive, courteous, and enthusiastic manner to all employees, clients, and the community.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a superior knowledge of all Bank products and services
- Maintains knowledge of client facing digital technologies
- Demonstrates our LifeDesign approach to banking with colleagues, clients and in the community
- Team player and supports the goals of the banking center with proactive activities
- Achieves individual sales/referral goals
- Responds to all client questions, problems, and concerns in accordance with predetermined SLAs
- Provides a high level of customer service and uses our Care Process
- Utilizes the client’s relationship profile, each and every time, to uncover additional needs.
- Opens new consumer and business accounts, following our Life Design sales process
- Takes all consumer loans within scope of their authority
- Processes all teller transactions efficiently and accurately
- Adheres to bank operating policies and procedures
- Promotes mortgage, consumer, and commercial loan activities.
- Balances teller drawer daily and adheres to our Teller Accuracy Standards Policy
- Ensures confidentiality of customer information
- Ensures the security of the banking center and follows all security policies and procedures.
- Conducts outbound phone calls to our clients to deepen relationships
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service ore related experience.
- Proven customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Good understanding of online navigation, digital bank services and applications
- Proven ability to learn and use multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, the internet, and Microsoft outlook.
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
