This candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversee commercial payment operations for ACH, RDC, positive pay, and wires, ensuring compliance, risk management, and service quality.
- Improve and manage operational processes through proactive problem-solving, workflow oversight, SLAs, and documented procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally with treasury sales, commercial support, core operations, and vendors to deliver a seamless, controlled customer experience.
- Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, performance management, and regular feedback.
- Deliver management reporting and insights via dashboards and metrics aligned to financial goals, strategic initiatives, and board reporting.
- Set and execute departmental strategy aligned with bank objectives, adapting to evolving business and operational needs.
Requirements for this position include:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 years of experience with commercial treasury products and services
- Strong computer skills required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail required
- Strong adaptability, collaboration, and decision-making skills required
- Ability to work late and/or flexible hours required.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in financial field preferred.
- 3 years of management experience preferred.
