COMMERCIAL PAYMENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

This candidate will be responsible for:

• Oversee commercial payment operations for ACH, RDC, positive pay, and wires, ensuring compliance, risk management, and service quality.
• Improve and manage operational processes through proactive problem-solving, workflow oversight, SLAs, and documented procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with treasury sales, commercial support, core operations, and vendors to deliver a seamless, controlled customer experience.
• Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, performance management, and regular feedback.
• Deliver management reporting and insights via dashboards and metrics aligned to financial goals, strategic initiatives, and board reporting.
• Set and execute departmental strategy aligned with bank objectives, adapting to evolving business and operational needs.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience with commercial treasury products and services
• Strong computer skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail required
• Strong adaptability, collaboration, and decision-making skills required
• Ability to work late and/or flexible hours required.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in financial field preferred.
• 3 years of management experience preferred.
