We craft wines exclusively from this exceptional region and are known for our warm hospitality, deep knowledge of Red Mountain, and genuine passion for what we do. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests from all walks of life, creating memorable and personalized tasting experiences.
- Pour and educate guests on our portfolio of Red Mountain wines, the vineyards we source fruit from, and the Red Mountain AVA.
- Share the benefits of our wine club and confidently assist with sign-ups.
- Perform opening/closing duties and assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room, including glassware and product restocking.
- Process sales and wine club transactions efficiently using POS system.
- Assist with packaging and shipping wines, particularly during club processing. Packing may take place at an alternate location nearby.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by tasting room leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, team-oriented individuals with a background in hospitality (wine, restaurant, hotel, or retail experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills and an approachable, positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, point-of-sale systems, and apps.
- Flexible availability, including primarily weekends (minimum 2 weekend days per month required).
- Detail-oriented and able to retain and relay information clearly.
- Interest in Washington wines — prior knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Other Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Valid WA State MAST permit and Food Handler’s Card required.
