Job Description
Fidelis Companies is seeking an ERP Recruiter to expand our nationwide network of independent consultants. This is an inside sales and recruiting role with significant commission potential, career mobility, and the opportunity to become a top biller in a highly specialized staffing vertical.
You will be responsible for building relationships with ERP professionals while working closely with our internal team to deliver top-tier client support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Actively targeting, pursuing, and building long-term relationships with ERP independent consultants across the U.S.
- Networking within the IT/ERP ecosystem to uncover new business opportunities and talent pipelines.
- Collaborating with colleagues to understand technical requirements, project scopes, and ideal consultant profiles.
- Executing proven recruiting strategies to build and maintain a strong consultant bench.
- Conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, screening calls, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring cycle.
- Supporting client deadlines by supplying qualified ERP consultants quickly and efficiently.
