Job Description
We are seeking a Semiconductor Hardware Design Recruiter to join our RAPIDLY growing Engineering practice. This is an opportunity to recruit for some of the most in-demand roles in the market today—including ASIC/SoC designers, STA engineers, Physical Design engineers, RTL engineers, Validation engineers, and more.
This role focuses heavily on sourcing highly specialized engineering talent, qualifying them for complex technical requirements, and managing the entire candidate journey from first contact to placement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Actively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying semiconductor engineering professionals (ASIC/SoC Design, Physical Design, STA, DFT, Verification, Firmware, etc.).
- Managing the full candidate process:
- Initial outreach
- Technical qualification
- Resume refinement
- Interview prep and debrief
- Offer negotiation
- Contractor onboarding and relationship management
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-skill contract and full-time roles.
- Collaborating with the sales team to strategically target new clients and provide candidate insights.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the entire process—positioning Fidelis as the agency of choice in this niche technical market.
