Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Grind coffee beans and assist with espresso-machine setup as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized counters, beverage stations, and dining areas.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, and other café supplies.
- Explain menu options and answer basic questions about coffee and beverages.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and proper beverage-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to keep orders moving during busy periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily café tasks as assigned.
