BASIC SUMMARY:
Conduct daily operational process of cleaning The Club & Spa, Sales Offices, Corporate Office, and restaurants. Create positive working environment for the housekeeping team. Professionalism, friendly and outgoing personality, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude are the cornerstone characteristics of this position.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily assignments set by Housekeeping Manager
- Report all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to Security department and Housekeeping Manager.
- Turn in all Lost and Found items to the Security department.
- Show consistency, commitment, leadership, and dedication every day.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous housekeeping experience a must.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions (such as labels and safety information) in English.
- Ability to deal with customers effectively and professionally, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work without constant direct supervision.
