Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Catheterization Lab. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures. Your expertise will help ensure patient safety and comfort while contributing to our commitment to exceptional healthcare delivery.
Shift: Days Days: 5x8 hr shifts; 40 hrs/week - Days
Travel Hourly Pay: $40
Travel Stipend: $1246
Weekly Package: $2846
Local hourly pay: $60
Local Weekly package: $2400
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing catheterization procedures under the supervision of physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after procedures.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and procedural outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- travel experience
- CAH (critical access hospital) experience encouraged
- scrubbing experience strongly desired
- Experience in an inpatient setting, preferably within a catheterization lab or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and medical imaging procedures.
- Proficient in aseptic techniques and triage practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
