We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils, using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
*Responsibilities*
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using approved sanitation methods
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Store clean equipment in designated areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks such as bussing tables and helping with food preparation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
- Must be 18 or older
- Team player mentality
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff
