This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2nd Shift Molding Supervisor located in Cookeville, TN. The Molding Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the molding department during the second shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include supervising and managing production staff, troubleshooting molding processes, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring optimal production efficiency. The supervisor will foster a culture of continuous improvement, promote safety practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
