FiComm Technologies LLC is growing, and we are looking for experienced Fiber Optic Splicing Technicians and Splicing Foremen to join our team.

● Experienced Fiber Optic Splicing Technicians
● Experienced Fiber Optic Splicing Foremen
Job Responsibilities
Depending on position and experience, responsibilities may include:
● Fiber optic fusion splicing
● Fiber preparation, termination, and testing
● OTDR testing and troubleshooting
● Reading fiber schematics, splice plans, and assignments
● Troubleshooting outages and fiber-related issues
● Maintaining accurate splice documentation and test results
● Operating and maintaining fiber splicing and testing equipment
● Foremen will be responsible for helping manage crews, production, job quality, and daily field operations
Travel Required
This position requires travel. Applicants must be willing and able to travel for projects as needed. Work locations and project durations may vary.
Compensation
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and position.
We are looking for experienced technicians and foremen, and compensation will reflect your level of experience and ability.
