Position Overview:
The Demold Technician is responsible for safely removing composite components from molds and bagging while maintaining product integrity and quality. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding baked resin removal, and following established manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove composite components from bagging and molds without damage.
- Use hand and power tools for demolding and resin removal.
- Apply release systems and follow best manufacturing practices.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Follow Supervisor’s priorities and assist as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Memorize part names, customers, and demolding processes.
- Safely open the autoclave and unload parts.
- Support different departments to sustain workflow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools for demolding tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing schedules, and multitask effectively.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable attendance, accountability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Fluency in English
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Hours of Operation:
- Normal business hours: 1st Shift 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift 4:00PM – 1:00AM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
- Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
- Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
- Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
