Job Description

Contributes to the design, development, and testing of novel optical sensor technologies aimed at countering explosive and landmine threats. This role requires a deep understanding of electro-optical systems, infrared sensing, and photonics to create next-generation detection capabilities.

Essential Job Duties:

Sensor design and development, research and innovation, testing and evaluation, collaboration and documentation.
 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, engineering physics, or a related field.  
• Proven experience in the design and development of electro-optical systems.  
• Demonstrated knowledge of photonics, including lasers, fiber optics, and optical components.  
• Proficiency with analysis software (e.g., Python, MATLAB).  
• Experience with laboratory and field testing of optical and electronic systems. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
