Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fiberon Decking. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production, adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and completed craft apprenticeship or training.
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
- The ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers).
