Essential Duties:
- Supports customers in identifying product solutions for their needs, providing price quotes and working with operations team to ensure timely release of projects.
- Applies knowledge of visual graphics to interact with the Art development team - evaluating color options, facilitating delivery of production proofs and advising about product performance in different applications.
- Opportunity tracking, quote generation, order entry and file management using the Microsoft Business Central ERP system.
- Fulfills customer and new lead sample requests.
- Manages sample inventory, keeping area organized and replenished.
Required Skills:
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers/leads, managers, co-workers and employees in a timely manner. This role requires clear and concise communication but the ability to develop a warm relationship with customer contacts via phone and email interactions drives long-term success.
- Ability to see and identify colors, must have none or very limited color vision deficiencies.
- Must be self-motivated, driven by a desire to solve customer problems and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and tasks effectively.
- Must be able to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks by due date - with multiple opportunities in flight at once.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to update and track file versions and changing details with limited mistakes.
- Must have a sense of design and be able to create product layouts that have visual appeal
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP system is a bonus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Applicable extended education in graphic design, printing or textile graphics/decorating will differentiate a successful applicant.
- A minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles with data entry and customer service responsibilities is necessary for consideration.
Hours: This job will be Full Time from 8am-5pm M-F with a 1-hour lunch break. During busy times of the year (e.g. spring through summer), extended hours may be necessary.
Salary: $24-27 per hr – DOE
