- Equipment Installation
- Maintenance and Reconfigurations
- Troubleshooting and Outages
- Trouble-Call Support
- Provide periodic after hour On-Call support
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years’ experience in the communications or telecom field
- Hands-on experience with the installation of electronic communication equipment
- Hands-on experience operating related test equipment
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
