Fibergrate is looking for a Territory Manager in Tennesse, or Alabama.




This is a remote position when not out in the field.

What can we offer you for your ALL YOUR HARD WORK?


  • In-depth sales product training divided into phases over two years
  • Eligibility for an annual Sales Incentive Trip
  • Competitive pay and uncapped earning potential (get paid for performance)


We need your help to:


  • Maximize revenue throughout defined territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospect throughout territory to develop new customers and opportunities.
  • Manage sales backlog to ensure orders are shipped to customers expeditiously.
  • Build relationships with general contractors, engineers, and architects.
  • Prepare proposals & presentations.
  • Pursues all leads generated from website, referrals, internal, etc.
  • Accurately track and record daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fibergrate products to sell value.
  • Maintain acceptable account receivables for the territory.


Base Salary Range: $60,000

Uncapped Commission potential
