Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly of raw materials into high-quality fiberglass products and ensuring smooth operations within a busy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and various line equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Use forklift and warehouse equipment to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies safely within the facility
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are maintained
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas using appropriate equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment
- Support quality control checks by inspecting assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools is desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Schedule is Monday thru Thurs 5:50am to 4:30pm.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
