Position Overview
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling of 20 to 30 hours per week. Some work-from-home opportunities may be available after an initial training period.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate: $35 per hour

Qualifications
Minimum of five years of accounting experience required
Four-year degree preferred, but strong candidates with a two-year degree will be considered
Experience with QuickBooks Online and ADP strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Payroll entry using ADP
Biweekly payroll reporting
Full charge responsibility for QuickBooks Online
Billing management for approximately $8,000,000 in annual volume
Cash management
ACA reporting
401k administration
Monthly sales tax filings across ten to fifteen states
Monthly budget review
Month-end closings
General ledger audits
Accounts payable/receivable
Sales tax filing monthly (ten to fifteen states)
