What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabric Service Technician position at Fiber-Seal?
Fiber-Seal technicians apply our proprietary stain-resistant products to luxury upholstery and rugs in our clients' homes. We protect and then maintain these furnishings through regular follow-up visits in the most spectacular homes in the Triangle & Triad areas.
Our technicians receive extensive training in fabric/fiber knowledge and how to care for them properly. This is an APPRENTICESHIP position - we will invest the time and attention to making you a master technician in 1-2 years depending on how much information you are willing to learn. The more knowledge and responsibility you exhibit, the more quickly your pay will increase.

Fabric protection is a professional fabric treatment that reduces the absorbency of upholstery fabric and floor coverings without changing the color, texture or feel. This allows most spots and spills to be easily blotted away on protected furnishings— simplifying the cleaning process.
