We Are Seeking Sales Professionals To Join Our Growing Sales Team.
-COMPANY OVERVIEW: Fiber Sales Inc, is a sales and marketing group that specializes in new customer acquisition and direct marketing. We work directly with fiber internet providers & telecom industries. Our sales teams are supported by experienced leadership infrastructure and administrative staff. We are currently working with T-Mobile/T-Fiber to help grow and expand into new markets.
-POSITION OVERVIEW: The job of the direct sales representative is to obtain sales by canvassing door to door, following up with potential customers & asking for referrals. Fiber Sales Inc handles all other back-end work. Initial and ongoing training is provided.
-RESPONSIBILITIES: Present and sell T-Fiber Internet products and services to new customers, Prospect and contact potential customers by canvassing assigned aeras, Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline, Follow up with all customers to obtain referrals, Showing up to all meetings on time
-REQUIREMENTS: 5-year background check, Pass certified training test with minimum 75%, Have a smart phone & Tablet with data, Willing to travel to different locations throughout IL and IA area. Must have Outgoing/People Skills, Able to knock doors a minimum of 25 hours per week available to work/ canvass
_EXPECTATIONS: All agents are required to work a minimum of 4 days per week. Hours and door knocks will be tracked via your manager. All activities must be logged via the tablet.
_Agents will be held to a minimum standard of 8 sales or activations per week.
_All agents will have the opportunity to build, manage and grow as the company expands into new markets.
Compensation: Sales reps will be paid a straight commission for each package sold
The average commission can vary from $200-$400 per enrollment and product sold, monthly and quarterly bonuses.
