Key Responsibilities
- Promote and explain T-Mobile Fiber internet services and products
- Assist customers with account setup and service enrollment
- Generate new customer leads through outreach and engagement
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Educate customers on internet speeds, features, pricing, and promotions
- Verify service availability and eligibility for customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
