T-Fiber Internet Authorized Partner is looking for an MDU(Apartment) Technician plus an Outside Fiber Internet Sales Rep
The MDU Technician Role:
We are hiring one Fiber Internet Technician based in the Des Moines Metro area to handle Intrabuilding Fiber Drops. This is a "Drop & Splice" role.
The Scope:
- Pathway: Surface-mount molding, microduct, or invisible fiber. Note: Pathway placement is strictly dependent on Property Owner approval. You must follow the specific installation method approved for each building (no "freestyling").
- Termination: Fusion splice at the floor terminal and unit wall jack.
- No Electronics: You are not installing ONTs or power supplies. Just the fiber path.
- Travel Opportunity: to All of Iowa & Omaha
Requirements:
- Splicing: Will be trained on single fiber fusion splicing.
- Finish Work: High attention to detail—molding must be straight, and bends must be clean.
- Gear: Basic hand tools.
- Commitment: must be accountable, work each required day, be on time
- $24 to $28 per hr, based on skill level
Fiber Internet Sales Role:
You will follow issued leads using Sales Rabbit App. You will persuade all homeowners to upgrade to fiber internet with T-Mobile. Must be willing to work the flexible hours of 3pm to 7:30 and a minimum of Saturday or Sunday. Commission pay with OTE of $4,000 to $7,000 per month. Prior sales experience is helpful, genuine interest in technology. Must be accountable for working the necessary hours and comfortable talking to potential customers at the homeowners door.
