- Position Type: Full-time LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends Available
- Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as required.
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the physician.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning to ensure resident well-being.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Licensure: Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
