We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Client Service Representative who loves problem-solving and wants to be the face (and voice) of a growing local brand. If you have a background in customer facing interactions your skills will translate perfectly here!

What You’ll Do
- Be the Hero: You are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll set the tone for their entire experience by answering questions and solving problems via phone, email, and chat.
- Keep Us Moving: You’ll be the "air traffic controller" for our operations—scheduling appointments, confirming installations, and triaging work orders in our system.
- Manage the Details: Process orders and account updates accurately in our CRM, ensuring every customer feels like they are our only customer.
- Stay Calm & Tech-Savvy: Use your problem-solving skills to navigate technical questions and keep our brand image positive and professional.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience a plus.
- Tech Skills: You should be comfortable learning new software and navigating computer systems quickly.
- Soft Skills: You are self-motivated, a quick learner, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: We are a small, tight-knit team, so being on time and dependable is essential.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
