Position Overview
The Director of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding, developing, and growing Fiat's advisor sales team. This role is fundamentally people- and performance-driven, requiring the ability to learn Fiat's planning, sales, and servicing process, build trust and rapport with the advisor team, and translate that trust into measurable improvements in advisor performance, client retention, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Process Mastery (First 90 Days): Learn Fiat's planning, sales, and servicing process end-to-end by shadowing advisors in client and prospect meetings and attending workshops and educational events. Build rapport with the sales team in preparation to step in as team leader, and remain engaged, coachable, and proactive throughout the learning process.
- Performance Framework: Build out a framework for improving advisor KPIs and performance.
- Sales Team Leadership: Serve as the lead of the sales team, owning growth, development, performance, and sales outcomes.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and help sales advisors meet and exceed established objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on advisor KPIs and overall sales team performance.
- Client Retention & Service Strategy: Mold and fine-tune the post-sales client service offering in partnership with the servicing advisor team. Drive initiatives that increase client retention and satisfaction, and maintain accountability to firmwide client retention and marketing-efficiency targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with servicing advisors on the end-to-end client experience, and coordinate with firm leadership on advisor development plans and performance reviews.
