What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Team Member position at FIAMMA Pizza Company?

We are looking for friendly individuals to join our awesome team! We currently need to fill a front-of-house position with primary duties that include: taking orders, operating a cash register, food running, cleaning, and bussing tables. We have a lot of pride in the service we provide to our guests, and we would like to find people who are able to be present and helpful for our guests. Our ideal candidate would be friendly, self-motivated, have a strong attention to detail, and have strong communication skills.
Our intention is to find someone who is interested in moving into bartending. We are willing to train anyone who is new to bartending, or has minimal experience. A pay raise is offered to those who train and learn all the ins and out's of working behind the bar.
Fiamma is open every day of the week, and shifts would primarily be in the evenings. Shifts typically start between 3:30-5:00 pm and end at 10:00 or 11:00 pm. This position is part time. Weekend availability is a must. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you for your consideration!
