Integrated Media Strategy
Lead and unify content strategy across all platforms, ensuring editorial, creative, production, audience, and distribution teams operate within one coordinated ecosystem.
Develop scalable systems that strengthen audience experience, improve collaboration, and align content efforts with organizational growth goals.
Audience Growth & Engagement
Build audience-centered strategies that increase:
- engagement,

The right leader understands modern media consumption habits and knows how to create content ecosystems that encourage ongoing interaction across digital and community platforms.
Community Participation Models

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Executive-Level Media Leadership
- 10 years leading content, editorial, media, publishing, streaming, or integrated digital media organizations
- Experience overseeing multi-platform content ecosystems at scale
Audience & Engagement Expertise
- Proven success growing digital audiences, newsletters, memberships, subscriptions, engagement, retention, or participation-based platforms
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, digital consumption trends, and engagement strategy
Organizational Transformation Experience
- Demonstrated success redesigning workflows, integrating teams, and leading operational change
- Experience building scalable systems within high-growth or evolving organizations
Digital-First Content Strategy
- Deep understanding of:
- digital publishing,
