This executive role drives revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning across hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, and event spaces. Through innovative strategy, team leadership, and strong relationship-building, the VP of Sales ensures consistent performance and alignment with Foley’s business, brand, and culture goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals across all Foley Hospitality properties.
- Direct the creation and execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with revenue management and marketing to ensure effective positioning and demand generation.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales teams to ensure consistent, results-driven performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with company growth initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and community organizations.
- Champion Foley Hospitality’s brand integrity and guest experience standards throughout all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales initiatives with brand storytelling, promotions, and digital strategies.
- Represent Foley Hospitality at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Ensure that sales communications, presentations, and collateral reflect the company’s tone, professionalism, and values.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive sales culture across the organization.
- Develop and mentor team members to support their growth and career development.

Skills & Qualifications (What You Need to Bring)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, multi-property, or lifestyle brand environments with at least 5 years of Director of Sales experience or higher
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales performance tools (Salesforce, Delphi, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining team engagement and alignment.
- Full-time with travel to properties as needed.
- Regular business hours with occasional evenings and weekends based on business demands.
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Foley Hospitality Group.
