Outside Sales Representative

FHC Industrial Supply is an established industrial distributor located in Leominster, Ma seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with experience selling industrial products, tools, equipment, and MRO Supplies. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat attitude, the ability to foster strong customer relationships, have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to identify new opportunities while growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage a successful sales territory

· Grow existing customer accounts while working on new business though regular on-site visits

· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

· Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities

· Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure excellent customer service

· Meet monthly/yearly sales goals and growth objectives

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Proven experience in Outside Sales preferably in industrial distribution, MRO, manufacturing, construction, or related fields

· Strong knowledge of industrial products and applications preferred

· Injection molding knowledge is a plus

· Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

· Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
