Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, including cashiering, stocking, and merchandising to ensure smooth workflow and presentation standards
- Lead and motivate staff by providing coaching, training on POS systems, and overseeing customer service interactions
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including balancing registers and processing transactions with professionalism
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store offerings and increase sales revenue
- Maintain inventory levels through stock management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper merchandising displays
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, store policies, and health regulations at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, practicing effective phone etiquette, and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in retail or gas station environments with strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness
