Your Mission
Take full ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish — leading by example, producing impeccable work, and shaping the next generation of installers at FHA.
What You’ll Do
- Execute flawless installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Ensure every system meets or exceeds design specifications, manufacturer standards, and local codes
- Collaborate with the owner and install team to improve processes, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct start-ups, system testing, and customer walkthroughs with professionalism
- Maintain organized job sites, accurate records, and pride in every finished product
- Represent FHA Services with excellence in every interaction — craftsmanship, communication, and courtesy
What You Bring
- 2 years of proven residential HVAC installation experience
- Understanding of HVAC/R systems, airflow design, and static pressure principles
- Strong mechanical skills
- A determined mindset: calm under pressure, team-focused, and results-driven
- EPA certification required; NATE certification a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the trade
- Relentless attention to detail and a personal standard of excellence
