Job Summary: The Shift Leader/Keyholder will lead shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly, customer service is exemplary, and the facility is secure during opening and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Supervise and guide Team Members during shifts.
- Handle cash transactions, manage daily finances.
- Operational Management:
- Open and close the facility, ensuring all security checks are performed.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
- Customer Service:
- Oversee customer interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Maintenance:
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Scheduling:
- Assist in scheduling and manage shift coverage.
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle basic accounting tasks (end-of-day reports, cash handling).
- Comfortable with morning or late shifts for opening and closing duties.
- Responsible and trustworthy with security responsibilities.
