Full Job Description:
Now Hiring: Family Caregivers
We are hiring caregivers who are currently assisting a parent, grandparent, family member, or other loved one at home. This is a paid W-2 employment position for individuals providing in-home support to someone they already know.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean home environment
- Provide mobility assistance and supervision
- Offer companionship and general support
- Follow care instructions and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must currently be caring for a loved one at home
- Care recipient must have active Medicaid
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in Michigan
- Previous caregiving experience, whether personal or professional, is helpful but not required
- Must be dependable, patient, and able to provide a safe home environment
Pay & Benefits:
- $20.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling based on approved hours
- Paid training
- Paid time off, where applicable
